【Abstract】 Senna leaf oral liguid was administered in rats in order to explore the method of establishing an animal model of spleen Deficiency. Such symptoms as diarrhea, bad appetite, emaciation,weight loss and inactivity appeared in experimental animals. And the experimental animals were also apt to tireness and their swimming stamina was low. The result showed that the method was a good measure to establish the animal model of spleen deficiency,which was elaborate and applicable.更多还原
