【摘要】 为观察黄芪增免散对免疫功能的影响，对37例围手术期食管癌患者应用黄芪增免散治疗。结果服药组T淋巴细胞数量及T4／T8比值明显增多，与对照组比较有极显著性差异（P＜0．01），表明黄芪增免散对围手术期肿瘤患者免疫功能有明显改善作用。组织学与血T淋巴细胞测定对照研究发现，早期食管癌血T淋巴细胞数量及T4／T8比值接近正常或轻度降低，但明显高于中、晚期食管癌（P＜0．05）。提示肿瘤对机体免疫功能的损害作用主要与肿瘤浸润深度和范围有关，与肿瘤分化程度无十分明显的关系。认为在围手术期应用黄茂等补益中药，可激活或提高机体固有抗癌系统，提高手术治愈率，减低手术创伤对免疫功能的影响，延长生存期。更多还原

【Abstract】 37 Patients with carcinoma of esophagus were treated with enhancing - immunity - astragalus powder(EIAP) during the surgery period. Compared with the control group, a considerable im-provement of the immunologic function of T lymphocytes and an evident increase of the rati0 of T4/T8(P ＜0. 01 ) could be observed in the observation group- The result shows that EIAP does improve theimmunologic function of the carcinoma patients during the surgery period,which is much higher thanthat of the advanced cancer patients. The number of T lymphocytes of serum in early cancer patientsand the ratio of T4/T8 approached the normal levels. The damage of the immunologic function causedby carcinoma is mainly related to the infiltration of carcinoma and has no evident relationship with itsdifferentiation degree. During surgery,EIAP and other tonic herbs may be used to activate or enhancethe anticancer system of the organism, thus to prolong the survival and increase the cure rate.更多还原
