【摘要】 运用健脾增食冲剂治疗209例厌食患儿，总显效率91．08％，总有效率96．18％，明显优于三甲散对照组（P＜0．05）；临床实验证实，厌食患儿唾液淀粉酶活性、尿D-木糖排泄率降低，微量元素Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn缺乏，经治疗后上述指标明显好转，说明健脾增食冲剂具有促进消化吸收、补充和调节微量元素的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Two hundred and nine children with anorexia were treated by Jianpizhenshi powder. The results showed that total rate of obvious effect and total effective rate were 91. 08% and96. 18% respectively, which were significantly higher than those of Shanjia powder (controlgroup, P<0. 05). The Clinical experiment revealed that the activity of saliva enzyme, excretoryrate of urine xylose-D and trace elements in normal children were markedly higher than thosewith infantile anorexia. After treatment, the above-mentioned indices were obviously improved.It is suggested that Jianpizhenshi powder has a good effect in improving the digestive function andregulating the trace element.更多还原
