Ru(Ⅲ)-偶氮氯膦Ⅲ-KIO4体系催化分光光度法测定痕量钌
Catalytic Spectrophotometric Determination of Ru(Ⅲ) in Ru(Ⅲ) KIO 4 Chlorophosphonazo(Ⅲ) System
【摘要】 在酸性介质中,痕量Ru(Ⅲ)的存在对KIO4氧化偶氮氯膦Ⅲ的褪色反应有明显的催化作用,且褪色程度与钌含量有很好的线性关系。据此褪色反应,提出了痕量钌的催化分光光度分析法。方法检出限为0001μg/ml,灵敏度高。反应在水相中进行,钌含量在0002~0020μg/ml符合比耳定律。可用于贵金属精矿中钌含量的测定。
【Abstract】 A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of ruthenium was established basing on the catalytic action of Ru(Ⅲ) on the oxidative fading between chlorophosphonazo(Ⅲ) and KIO 4 in the acid medium in the water bath. The method offers the advantages of simplicity, rapidity, and sensitivity. Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of 0.02~0.20 μg/10 ml. The method has been applied to the determination of ruthenium in refined ores with satisfactory.
