液膜法从湿法炼锌系统中提取镓的研究
Study on Gallium Recovery from Zinc Hydrometallurgical System by Liquid Membrane Method
【摘要】 对利用液膜法从湿法炼锌系统中分离提取镓的工艺进行了系统研究,确定了分离提取镓的最佳液膜条件。结果表明,在最佳条件下Ga3+的迁移率为985%,内水相可富集近1000倍,Zn2+、Cu2+、Ge4+及Fe3+等杂质对Ga3+的迁移影响很小。
【Abstract】 The gallium recovery from zinc hydrometallurgical system by liquid membrane method was studied in detail. The optimum liquid membrane condition was determined, which consists of 4% LMS 2, 5% TRPO and 91% kerosene. TRPO is used as an ion carrier, LMS 2 is used as surfactant and kerosene is a solvent. The aqueous phase is composed of 10% K 4[Fe(CN) 6]. The R ew and R oi are 1∶5 and 2∶1 respectively. The experimental results shown that the recovery ratio of gallium was about 98.5%, and the enrichment mutiple of Ga 3+ was about 1000 times at the optimum operation condition. The accompanying ions Zn 2+ 、 Ge 4+ and Fe 3+ did not influence the results almost.
