【摘要】 目的:观察蚤莲合剂对诱发大鼠原发性肝癌的抗促癌作用及其机理。方法:以含100ppm的二乙基亚硝胺(DEN)饮水造模,采用蚤莲合剂灌胃给药,观察其对大鼠肝组织病理学、免疫组化、血清和肝组织生物化学指标的影响。结果:蚤莲合剂对大鼠肝组织癌前病变有抑制作用。大鼠肝癌形成率相对减少,血清ALT、ALb、ALP、TNF水平及肝匀浆γ-GT活性明显低于模型组(P<0.01),其免疫组化AFP阳性细胞数也较模型组为少(P<0.05)。结论:蚤莲合剂有明显抑制DEN所致大鼠肝癌前病变的作用,其抑癌作用可能与其护肝、抗炎和控制变异细胞过度合成有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim: To study the anticancer effect and mechanism of Zao Lian mixture (ZL) on hepatic precancerosis induced by DEN in rats. Method: hepatic precancerosis in rats was induced by drinking water which contained lOOppm DEN. Pathology and immunohistochemistry of liver, serum and tissue biochemical indexes such as ALT ALb ALP TNF, were observed and compared between ZL group and model group. Result: The rate of forming hepatic cancer in rats was lower than model group, ALT ALb ALP TNF level in serum and γ-GT level in liver homogenate genate decreased markedly in ZL group,Compared with model group (P<0. 01). The number of AFP positive cells of immunohistochemistry in ZL group was smaller than model group (P<0. 05). Conclusion :Hepatic precancerosis in rats induced by DEN could be inhibited by treatment of ZL. The anti-cancer effect of ZL had certain relationship with its function of liver-pretection, anti-inflammatory and contruolling variant cells excessivly synthesis.更多还原
