【Abstract】 Twenty-two adults with choledochal cysts were studied in the article.Symptoms in most cases were non-specific,which resulted in delayed diagnosis.Ultrasonography is the first imaging modility of choice for the evaluation of patients who were suspected to have cholodochal cyst.It is important to emphasize the complexity of choledochal cysts in adults and the need for earlier diagnosis and treatment. Cyst excision with Roux-en-Y hepaticojejunostomy will be the first choice of treatment for choledochal cyst.更多还原
