【Abstract】 The analysis of Ziziphus mauritiana Lamk fruits nutrients showed that there are at least 17 kinds of amino acid and mineral elements, in addition to fibers, proteins, carbohydrates and vitamins including β carotene. It provided the basic data for the utilization of this wild plant.更多还原
