【摘要】 目的：了解巯甲丙脯酸、酚妥拉明、多巴胺、硝苯地平和山莨菪碱对肾综合征出血热（ＨＦＲＳ）患者肾功能的影响，为临床选择改善肾功能的药物提供依据。方法：选择ＨＦＲＳ患者２１０例，随机分为巯甲丙脯酸组、酚妥拉明组、多巴胺组、硝苯地平组、山莨菪碱组和对照组，每组３５例。对照组仅用综合治疗法，其余各组均在综合治疗的基础上分别加用上述药物。结果：巯甲丙脯酸组、酚妥拉明组、多巴胺组、硝苯地平组、山莨菪碱组在尿蛋白消失时间、尿素氮复常时间、少尿期发生率、少尿期和多尿期持续时间方面均优于对照组，尤以巯甲丙脯酸组和酚妥拉明组最为明显。结论：巯甲丙脯酸、酚妥拉明、硝苯地平、多巴胺和山莨菪碱能促进ＨＦＲＳ患者肾功能的恢复，而以巯甲丙脯酸和酚妥拉明为优。提示ＨＦＲＳ患者可常规应用巯甲丙脯酸、酚妥拉明、硝苯地平、多巴胺和山莨菪碱；对于重症患者，可联合应用２种～３种上述药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effects of captopril,regitine,nifedipine,dopamine,or anisodamine on kidney function in hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS),and to provide the basis for selecting drugs to improve renal function.Methods:Two hundred and ten cases of HFRS were selected,and divided randomly into captopril,regitine,nifedipine,dopamine,anisodamine treatment groups and control group.Each treatment group was respectively given these drugs on the base of comprehensive treatment.The effects of these drugs on renal function were observed in patients with HFRS.In addition,35 cases served as controls,Which was give comprehensive treatmeia only.The patients′ages,sexes,courses of disease,degree of impairment of renal function were similar in various groups.Results:The disappearance of protiein in urine,the recovery of blood urea nitrogen,incidences of oliguric stage,and duration of oliguric stage as well as polyuric stage in the treatment groups were superior to those in the control group,especially in captopril and regitine treatment groups( P <0 05～0 001).Conclusions:The recovery of renal function can be promoted by these drugs,particularly with captopril and regitine,for the treatment of patients with HFRS.For critically ill patients with HFRS,it would be better to use combined regimens (2 or 3 drugs) for preventing and curing failure of acute renal function.更多还原
