头痛症药物治疗前后微循环和血液流变学观察

【摘要】 目的;观察221例头痛症患者“微斯卡胶囊”治疗前后的微循环和血液流变学变化。方法:将头痛症病人分成两组,第一组为治疗前或未经治疗组,另一组为药物“微斯卡胶囊”治疗21天或42天组;观察指标包括微血管直径,微血流速度,红细胞聚集,血液粘度,红细胞变形性等。结果:未经治疗组的微循环和血液流变学有较严重的病理改变,如微血管收缩,血流变慢,红细胞发生聚集,血液粘度升高,红细胞变形性降低;“微斯卡”治疗以后,大多数病人的症状明显减轻或消失,微循环和血液流变学有了很大改善,上述指标恢复如正常对照组水平。结论:“微斯卡胶囊”治疗头痛是有效的;微循环和血液流变学指标用于疾病诊断和药物疗效观察有积极和广泛的作用。

【Abstract】 Objective: Observing the changes of eye bulbar conjunctiva microcirculation and hemorrheology of 221 patients with headache while they were treated with traditional herbs “capsule wisco”. Methods: The patients were divided into two groups,The first one is not treated and the another one is treated for 21 or 42 days with the “capsule wisco”; Examination indexes include microvessel diameter,micro-flow velocity,erythrocyte aggregation,blood viscosity and red blood cell deformability,etc. Results: there were obvious pathological change in the first group,such as constricted microvessel,slowed blood flow velocity,aggregated erythrocytes, increased blood viscosity and reduced red blood cell de formability. After taking“capsule wisco”for 21 or 42 days the symptoms in most patients remitted or disappeared. Meanwhile the microcirculation and hemorrheology greatly improved,above indexes returned to normal. Conclusion: The tranditional herbs “capsule wisco”in treating headache is effective;microcirculation and hemorrheolgy indexes can be used in diagnosing disease and/or observing effect of medicine,it has active and extensive clinical value.
