幼兔惊厥性脑损伤的软脑膜微循环变化
Soft Brain Meninges Microcirculation Changes of Convulsing Cerebral Contusion of The Youngest Rabbits
【摘要】 1995年我们对惊厥性脑报伤幼免进行了软脑膜微循环观察。幼兔15只随机分两组,惊厥组8只,对照组7只,用WX-6型微循环显微镜对两组免进行了实验前后的软脑膜微循环观察与脑皮层的病理学检查。结果惊厥组软脑膜做血管直径12.44±0.687μm,对照组,则为15.69±0.916μm,两组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。血流速度惊厥组为48.18±0.985mm/s,对照组为56.47±0.796mm/s(<0.01)。惊厥兔脑细胞有水肿、变性、坏死等病理改变,而对照组正常。
【Abstract】 We observed soft brain meninges microcirculation of the youngest rabbits which had convulsing cerebral contusion in 1995. We selected 15 young rabbits and divided them randomly into two groups,conculsing group 8 and controling group 7. We observed meninges microcirculation of the two groups before and after experiment and made cerebral pathology test with WX-6 microcirculation microscope.Result:Diameter of microvessel of convulsing cerebral contusion is 12. 44± 0. 687 (μm), controling group is 15. 69±0. 916 (μm), P<0.01. The blood now speed is 48. 18 ±. 985 (mm/s), the controling group is 56. 47 ±0. 796 (mm/s),P<0. 01. The Cerebral pathology of the convulsing rabbits showed that the nerver cells had dropsy,degeneration and necrosis in varving degrees. Controling group is normal.
