【Abstract】 This paper clarified that wether case-history is a kind of material, information or resourse.Based on this expounding,an assume of "a new model for the management of case-history in formation resourses" was raised,which should be gradually carried out in the case-history management in China from now on. To carry on and to carry out this new model,in the first place one has to re form his concept and secondly the case-history management model should be altered. Through the realigation of this new model in practice it will correlate the development of health service to the development of the social marketting economics and to a great extent it will speed up the development of health service,too.更多还原
