【摘要】 按临终关怀的适度治疗原则，为分析临终病人临终前的医疗费用情况，选择51例临终病人和51例老年护理病人的住院费用作对比分析。临终病人组日均住院费用35．20元，人均住院天数74天；老年护理组日均住院费用26．01元，人均住院天数155天，两组间比较差异均有显著意义（P＜0．01）；临终病人组日均药费11.89元，老年护理组为3．99元，两组间差异也有显著意义（P＜0．01）。统计临终病人死亡前1个月的日均药费为19．71元，与该组病人＞1个月的日均药费8.22元相比较，两者差异有显著性意义（P＜0．01）。我们认为在生命末期产生药费适度升高的现象是合理的，临终病人日均药费20元左右的标准为适宜，这部分费用应纳入社会医疗保障报销范围之内。临终病人使用的药物应以止痛类药物和适度补充能量、盐水及低价的抗生素类药物为主。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the principle of appropriate treatment for the concern of deathbed patients to analyse the hospitalization expenses for deathbed patients, 51 cases of the deathbed patients and 51 cases of the aged patients were chosen for comparative analysis. The average daily hospitalization expenses for the deathbed patients were 35. 20 yuan,lasting for about 74 days and that for the aged patients being 26.01 yuan,lasting for about 155 days,there is significant difference for the two groups (P<0.01) ; the average daily medication expenses for the former were 11. 89 yuan and that for the latter being 3. 99 yuan,there is also significant difference for the two groups(P<0.01). It is reasonable for proper raising the med1cation ex penses for deathbed patients at the end of their life span,considering the average dally medication expenses being about 20 yuan as a standard is suitable,which should be included in the social medical service insurance for submitting an expense account to the treasurer’s of fice.The drugs that used for them should mainly be the low cost ones,such as analgeslcs,supplement of energy,normal saline and antiblotics.更多还原
