【摘要】 目的探讨结直肠癌术前区域动脉灌注化疗对临床病理特征的作用及其可行性。方法以Seldinger 方法插管,选择性区域动脉造影灌注化疗结直肠癌30例。结果所有病例(30/30)均发现沿血管周围的癌细胞发生核固缩、碎裂、胞浆凝固、坏死,细胞间质水肿、纤维增生、炎性细胞浸润,血管出现内膜增生、血管炎及血栓形成。结论术前选择性区域动脉灌注化疗对结直肠癌组织学改变显著,临床症状改善,对结直肠癌治疗具有积极的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investgate pathological and clinical effects on colorectal carcinoma induced by preoperative selective intra-arterial infusion chemotherapy.Methods 30 patients with colorectal carci- noma underwent selective regional arterial angiography by Seldinger’s method followed by intra-arterial infu- sion chemotherapy.Results All of the cases (30/30) were found changes of karyopylmosis,karyorrhexis, coagulation and necrosis of cytoplasm in cancer cells located around vascular vessels.Interstitial edema,in- vasion of inflammatory cells,fibroelastosis around cancer cells,proliferous intima,thrombus and inflamma- tion of vessels were also found at the same sites.Conclusions Histological changes were significant after preoperative selective intra-arterial infusion chemotherapy on colorectal carcinoma.Symptoms were also re- lieved.It may play an important role in the treatment for colorectal carcinoma.更多还原
