【Abstract】 Assessing the lowest price of selling right to use territory by argeement is the important measure about promote economic development and avoid drain on land property. According to the document of the administering authority in China, this paper studied the approach to assessing the lowest price of selling right to use territory by agreement based on discussing the relation between base land price and the lowest price of selling right to use territory by agreememt. The approach was applied at Qixian county in Shanxi province.更多还原
