【摘要】 本文以我国大豆根腐病的主要致病菌镰刀菌为目标进行了拮抗菌的室内筛选及温室测定。经对１００多株拮抗菌的室内筛选，获得拮抗效果好的菌株２株。ＡＳ８１８和ＡＳ９２９菌株在室内平板抑菌活性测定及进一步的温室苗期实验中，均显示出较强的抑菌活性。其中５倍稀释的ＡＳ８１８及ＡＳ９２９发酵滤液在ＰＤＡ平板上的抑菌率分别为７０．５％和８８．５％，其温室防效分别为７７．０％和８１．４％。ＡＳ８１８和ＡＳ９２９菌剂对豆苗的株高、鲜株重、根长、根重均表现出良好的促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Screening for antagonistic isolates against root rot disease has been carried out in the laboratory and greenhouse. 7 isolates were antagonistic to Fusarium oxysporum by pairing culture with antagonistic zone above 3mm. The ferment liquid of isolates AS818 and AS929 were found to be highly antagonistic. The inhibition rate of 5fold diluted filtrate of isolates AS818 and AS929 against Fusarium was 70.5% and 885%, respectively. The above isolates suppressed soybean root rot disease in greenhouse by 77.0% and 81.4% respectively and both of them promoted soybean growth.更多还原
