【Abstract】 rapid method for determination of adenosine in Cordyceps Snensis in health food was developed . The adenosin in the samples was extracted by means of ultrasonic wave and detected by HPLC reversed phase chromatography, potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer solution:methyl alcohol(90:10) as mobile phase and detection at 254nm. This method has high selectivety and is suitable for rapid and accurate analysis of adenosine in health foods.
