大鼠运端直肠肛管一氧化氮能神经元组织化学染色的观察
Histochemial Study on NO-ergic Neurons in the Distal Anal Canal Region of Rat
【摘要】 目的观察一氧化氮能(NO-ergic)神经元在大鼠肛管直肠壁的分布。方法用Wistar成年大鼠,取肛管直肠1.5cm长。剥离粘膜,将直肠肌层进行一氧化氮合酶(NOsynthase,NOS)组织化学染色(NADPH-diaphorase,NADPH-d)。结果距动物肛门0.5cm的直肠肛管肌层存在一定数目的NOS阳性神经元,和与血管伴行的NO能神经纤维,而结肠的远侧段(直肠肛管的吻侧)存在由神经节和神经纤维构成的规则的像蜂房样的典型的肠神经丛。结论在直肠肛管的NO能神经元分布呈现两型区带,即近侧部的规则网状区和远侧部的不规则散在区。
【Abstract】 The distribution of NO-ergic neurons was examined in the anorectum of the rats. Methods The whole mounting recto-anal region (1. 5 cm) of distal colon both of Wlstar rats was histochemically stained by NADPH--diaphorase (NADPH-d) method. Results NADPH-d positive NOS neurons were examined to demonstrate the arrangement of myenteric plexus of the distal colon in rats. The part of 5 mm length of the rectum with anal canal above the anal verge in the rat was characterized by a plexus of very irregularly diposed intersecting nerve bundles of highly variable size with a few and small ganglia which was nitric oxide synthase (NOS) positive. NO-ergic fibers were presented along the blood vessel. Christensen 1984 claimed that in the recto-anal region there were no any flexus in rat, guinea pig and rabibit. In part of the distal colon, the plexus, was arranged in the honeycomb like pattern with ganglia regularly distributed and connected to one another by nerve fiber bundle-the classical pattern of the myenteric plexus. Conclusion There were two different patterns in rectol-anal regions, namely proximal regular reticular part and distal irregular seatered part.
