超声波对新西兰白兔脑损伤的组织病理学研究
A Study of Cerebral Tissue Injury by the Treatment of Ultrasonic Wave in NZW Rabbit
【摘要】 目的和方法采用1.25~2.0W/cm2的脉冲与连续超声波作用于新西兰白兔头部,观察其对脑组织的损伤情况,探讨其安全剂量范围。结果1.5~2.0W/cm2的超声波对局部组织损害明显,病理检查示有脑膜血管扩张、出血,脑组织不同程度的水肿,神经细胞变性坏死,神经纤维损伤断裂,尼氏作减少,而1.25W/cm2的脉冲波则无上述变化,对脑组织无损伤。结论用1.25W/cm2剂量的超声波治疗颅脑疾病是安全的。
【Abstract】 Objective and Method To study the injurious effect of ultrasonic pulse and continuouswave at the range of 1. 25 ~ 2. 0 W/cm2 on the heads of NZW rabbits. Observe the burnstatus of cerebral tissues and figure the safety dose. Results The ultrasonic wave of 1. 5 upto 2. 0 W/cm2 had distinct local lesions, as meningovascular dilatation and hernorrage,cerebral edema degeneration and necrosis of nerve cells damage and fragmentation of nervefibers as well as Nissel bodies reduction. But the ultrasonic dose of 1. 25 W/cm2 gave noinjury to cerebral tissuses. Conclusion The dose of 1. 25 W/cm2 ultrasonic wave is safe inuse to treat craniocerebral diseases.
