珠江口部分水域水产品的品质与污染物积累状况
The Quality and Pollutant Accumulation Status of Aquatic Products from Some Mouth Waters in the Pearl River
【摘要】 研究了珠江口虎门狮子洋、鸡啼门、崖门3个水域水产品的污染物积累与品质状况.水生经济动物中Cu、Pb、Cd项目总平均残毒含量和生物富集系数的大小次序为软体动物>鱼类>虾类.Cr、As项目残毒含量及富集系数大小次序则为软体动物>虾类>鱼类.Zn、总Hg项目的残毒含量和富集系数则以鱼类最大.水产品的Cu、Pb、Cd、Zn、Cr、As项目含量大多远低于海洋生物污染评价标准.只有一个测点的总Hg项目超标.表明该区水产品的品质是较好的.
【Abstract】 The quality and pollutant accumulation status of aquatic products in Shiziyang River of Humen Mouth, Jitimen and Yamen Mouths in the Pearl River were studied. In the residue items for Cu, Pb, Cd of muscular tissue in aquatic economical animal organisms, the total mean values of residue contents and biological concentration factors(BCF)are showed in the order: mollusc >fish>shrimp. The values of residue contents and BCF for Cr and As are listed in the order: mollusc>shrimp>fish. In the items of Zn and Total Hg, fish displayed the highest values for the residue and BCF. The contents for Cu, Pb, Cd, Zn, Cr, As in aquatic products in the three estuaries were far lower than the limits of the Marine Organism Pollution Assessment Standard. Only one sample residue value of total Hg excelled the standard limit. It showed that the quality of aquatic products in the areas was considered in a good status.
