【摘要】 研究PHA对日本血吸虫成虫培养细胞的促增殖作用。方法用浓度为333．3ug／ml的PHA处理日本血吸虫成虫培养细胞24h，在光镜和电镜下观察培养细胞的增殖情况。结果在光镜下发现在老化的培养细胞中间出现一些类似于淋巴母细胞样的新细胞；在光镜和扫描电镜下观察到有呈哑铃状的成对细胞；在透射电镜下观察到有细胞核膜消失，染色质变成粗颗粒状．中心粒一分为二，两中心粒之间还有纺锤丝牵引；还观察到处于分裂早期的细胞，核中染色质浓缩成四块状，核膜有部分消失、结论PHA对日本血吸虫成虫培养细胞有一定的促增殖作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To study the effects of PHA on the proliferation of cultured cells from adult Schistosoma japonicum. Methods By microscopy and electron microscopy, cultured cells treated in 333. 3g/ml PHA for 24 hours were observed. Results Some new lymphoboast--like cells were found among the degenerated cells by mi-croscopy. And several dumbbell- like cells were observed by microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. Under electron microscope,it was found that in some cells the nuclear membrane disappeared partly,chromatin became broadly granular and two centrioles were jointed by spindle fibers. In addition,cells in early stage of division could also be observed. In the nuclei of the cells .Chromation was concentratiing. A part of the nuclear membrane disap-peared. Conclusion PHA can induce the proliferation of cultured cells from adult Schistosoma japonicum.更多还原
