【摘要】 本文对38例咳嗽变异性哮喘进行了血清 IgE、T 细胞亚群,多种过敏原皮试,肺功能及 X 线检测,结果血清 IgE、CD₄/CD₈比值增高,CO₃、CO₈阳性细胞下降,多种过敏原皮试阳性率高,肺功能多数轻度异常,肾上腺素支气管舒张试验50%阳性,与对照组相比有明显统计学差异（P<0.05）,提示上述检测可作为早期辅助诊断咳嗽变异性哮喘的有效实验室指标,对该病的治疗强调首选支气管扩张剂,同时宜联合局部吸入皮质激素和脱敏治疗,以防复发更多还原

【Abstract】 The serum IgE,T cell phenotypes,skin prick testing for allergens,lung function and X-rays in 38 patients with CVA was measured.The results showed that there was increased serum IgE level,CD4/CD8 counts.Many patients with CVA have midld lesion of humg function.The positive rates of Adrenaline bronchodilating test was 50%.Compared with control group there was significant statistical,frence(P<0.005).It indicated that all above- mentioned tests help the diagnosis oof CVA.It is recommened that Bronchodilator should be first considered for patients with CVA,at the same time use topically inhaled corticosteroids and immuno-desensitization to avoid recurrence更多还原
