【摘要】 旨在探讨尼莫通对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效及可能机制,对56例 DPN 患者予以静滴尼莫通治疗,并分别观察治疗前后临床症状、感觉、运动神经传导速度变化。结果表明:治疗l～2个疗程后,临床有效率达88.9%,神经传导速度(NCV)明显提高,平均每条 NCV 提高2.44m/s,与治疗前相比有非常显著性差异(P<0.01～0.001),且红细胞聚集指数降低(P<0.05)。提示该药疗效显著,副作用小,是治疗 DPN 的一种较理想的药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to inquire into the clinical curative effect and the mechanism of Nimotop on treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy,56 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DNP)were treated with Nimotop by means of intravenous drip.The clinical manifestations before and after treatment,conduction velocity of sensory nerve and motor nerve and change of hemorheology were observed then.The result showed that after 1 to 2 courses of treatment,the clinical effective rate was 88.9%,with a notable improvement in nerve conduction velocity.The average rate on each nerve had been increased 2.44m/s.To compare with the situation before treatment,a significiant difference was shown(P<0.01～0.001),and a decrease in aggregation of red blood corpuscle eas found (P<0.05).All mentioned above have indicated that Nimotop is useful for treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
