微波溶样ICP—MS法测定小麦的粒、茎、穗和叶中15种痕量稀土元素
Determination of 15 Trace Rare Earth Elements in Wheat by Microwave Digestion ICP-MS
【摘要】 本工作采用HNO3+H2O2微波溶样,ICP-MS直接测定小麦的粒、茎、穗和叶中15种痕量稀土元素。对微波溶样和等离子体质谱测定条件进行了优化选择。选用Re作内标可补偿基体效应。方法检出限为65-24.0pg/ml,麦粒的加标回收率为95%-104%,RSD为2.1%-3.9%。方法快速、灵敏、准确。
【Abstract】 An ICP-MS method for direcd determination of 15 trace rare earth elements in wheat was developed. Rapid and Complete dissolution of wheat was achieved by microwave digestion procedure with Concentrated nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide. The detection limits are 6. 5pg/ml-24. 0 pg/ml,the recoveries for spiking samples are 95% -104%,RSD are 2. 1%-3.9%. This method is rapid,sensitive and accurate.
