【Abstract】 The metabolism of bromantane [N-(adarnant-2-yl) -4-bromoanilin.] and excretion dynamics of the metabolites have been investigated. Three kinds of monohydroxylated metabolites in urine after administration of single dose of the drug were found. It is established that during metabolism the hydroxylation takes place, the hydroxy group is added to the adamantan ring.更多还原
