【Abstract】 A new technique is proposed in this paper for the extraction of Kaoliang color. Contrasting with previous methods, this technique is characterized by 1) needing not grind; 2) lower comsumption of solvent; 3) saving time; 4) facilitating filtering and 5) higher output.
