冰核真菌成冰生物学特性研究
Studies on Biological Characters of Ice formation by Ice Nucleation Active Fungi
【摘要】 从1993~1996年分离和搜集到的500多株真菌中筛选出4株冰核真菌,其中F9502菌株(FusariumgraminearumSchwabe)冰核活性强而稳定,进一步研究结果表明:真菌冰核活性物质是蛋白质,而巯基、糖类和脂类对其冰核活性的表达几乎无影响;真菌冰核对热稳定,保持活性最高可达40~50℃(热处理10min);酸碱适应性强,在pH2~12范围内冰核活性稳定。测定了6种培养基和11种杀菌剂对冰核活性的影响,培养基种类对成冰活性有不同程度的影响,发现抗霜灵既能杀死冰核真菌又不破坏冰核活性。这对揭示冰核真菌与植物冻害关系,开展冰核真菌分子生物学和应用研究提供了重要的科学依据。
【Abstract】 In recent years ,some new progresses about studies on biological ice nucleation have been achieved .A new research field about INA biology was studied in 1993~1996 in China, and 4 INA fungal strains were selected from 500 strains.They are F9401,F9501,F9502,AS3.4594. The F9502 has a good activity and its activity is very stable.Studies on INA fungus ice nuclei active biological character demonstrated that the entity of cell free ice nucleai produced by fungi was attributed to protein but not to sulfhydryl groups,lipids and sugar,perhaps in their active region. The activity was stable for >10 min at 40~50℃ and pH2~12,insensitive to ultraviolet rays . These characters are unique to fungi. Studies on the effects of media on the activity of ice nuclei by F9401,F9501,F9502,AS3.4594 demonstrated that the activity on PDA is the highest. One of the 11 fungicides can kill ice nuclear fungi without damaging the ice nuclei.
