棉花柱头外露种质系的应用研究
Study on the Application of Cotton Lines With Extruded Stigma
【摘要】 以常规陆地棉为母本、柱头外露种质系为父本,按NCⅡ交配设计进行杂交,对其F1、F2代11个性状杂种优势和配合力的分析表明,F1、F2代产量性状和品质性状均具有明显的杂种优势,产量性状以籽棉产量、皮棉产量和单株铃数的优势最明显。F1与F2代的纤维品质以2.5%跨长和伸长率的优势最明显,麦克隆值的负向优势较明显。2.5%跨长和伸长率在F1、F2代中的表现趋势相似,籽棉产量和皮棉产量F2代的平均值与高亲值和中亲值的相关关系密切。一般配合力(GCA)效应值的大小和作用方向在F1、F2代中的表现趋势相似,GCA以中164、郑305和0305常规亲本表现较好,柱头外露种质系以94-34和94-51较优;特殊配合力(SCA)效应多数组合在F1、F2代中的表现趋势相似,0305×94-42多数性状为正,且值较大,综合表现较优。
【Abstract】 Fifteen F 1s and F 2s were made between five upland cotton parents and three breeding lines with extruded stigma to analyze their heterosis, and combining ability of 11 characters. The results showed that the heterosis for yield and fiber properties were obvious. The F 1s had a high heterosis in lint cotton yield of -54.54%~214.98%,averaged 45.04%.12 crosses had a positive heterosis of -31.21%~290.90%, averaged 79.31% , and had a useful heterosis of -54.54%~65.72%,averaged 8.21%. The F 2s from 9 crosses had a positive heterosis of -27.24%~60.94%,averaged 5.28%, from another 9 crosses had a positive heterosis of -22.05%~92.69%, averaged 32.96%,and from 14 crosses had a useful heterosis of -46.08%~31.44%,averaged -5.00%. The female Zhong 164 and 0305 and the male parent 94 34 and 94 51 had a high combining ability for most characters. The A5B3 was a good cross with a high SCA.
