【摘要】 通过对人参主要经济性状的相关和通径分析、遗传力及综合选择等研究，从理论上阐明丰产人参品种选育应以单根重为主，根粗与根长协调搭配为副。建立了单根重＋根粗＋茎粗的综合选择指数方程。对在上述选育理论指导下入选的４个人参品系进行了多性状综合评价，经过产量比较试验和区域试验选择了丰产性强、单根重大、根形美观、皂甙含量高的品系，育成了人参新品种吉参１号。更多还原

【Abstract】 The current status and breeding characteristics of panax ginseng are briefly introduced in this paper. By the analysis of correlation, path coefficient, hereditary capacity and the comprehensive selection for the main economic characters, it is theoretically expounded that the selection for the high yield variety of panax ginseng should take the single root weight single as a key character supported by the root diameter and root length. An index equation of the comprehensive selection i.e. the weight of single root + root diameter +stem diameter is established. The multi character comprehensive evaluation were carried out for four strains of panax ginseng that were selected on the above consideration. By the comparative test of yield and the regional test, the strains that have a good yield, high single root weight, fine body shape and high saponin content were selected and from them,a new variety named Jishen 1 was developed.更多还原
