大电机窜轴问题试验研究

【摘要】 具有滑动轴承结构的大型同(异)步电动机作为卧式双吸式离心泵拖动设备时,会发生转子轴向窜动的现象。通过对尼龙柱销联轴器、弹性圈柱销联轴器带负荷和空载运转时的轴向力、轴向位移的测试结果进行分析,发现产生轴向窜动的根本原因在于联轴器的结构形式,并指出使用设计结构合理的弹性圈柱销联轴器,可避免大电机转子的轴向窜动。

【Abstract】 When a large-scale synchronous (or asynchronous) motor for use as a driving equipment of a horizontal double-suction centrifugal pump, the phenomenon of axial oscillatory movement of the rotor will occur. Through measuring axial forces and axial displacements of the nylon column-pin coupling and of elastic column-pin coupling when the motor is running with load and no- load, and analyzing these measured data, the key cause of the axial oscillatory movement of the rotor is discovered to be the struc- tural form of coupling. And using reasonable structural elastic column-pin coupling can avoid the axial oscillatory movement of ro- tor of a large-scale motor.
