潜水电泵无传感器微机在线测试及其微机保护

【摘要】 针对潜水电泵。作在水下,环境条件较差,运行状。的监视和控制不方便的实际,探讨了潜水电泵转速、温度的在线测试方法,提出了用单片微机测试的工作原理和计算方法,给出了测试计算公式,并对硬件构成和软件设计进行了描述。

【Abstract】 Aiming at that the submersible electric pump works in water, its operational environmental condition is bad, it is not convenient for monitoring its operational state; the on-line testing method for rotational speed and temperature of the submersible electric pump, is discussed. The working principle and calculation method for testing by using single-chip microcomputer are proposed. The Calculation formula for testing is given. The composition of hardwares and design of softwares are described.
