【摘要】 采用微胶囊技术对香精进行包裹,以蜜胺树脂作皮材,在其中加入适量自制的乳化剂,于70℃左右高速搅拌,同时滴加香精,形成稳定乳液,调节pH值控制反应速度,聚合时间约6h,制成芳香整理剂。用常规的浸轧或涂层印花的方法对纺织品进行芳香整理,香味可留半年至1年(未经水洗),经5次水洗仍留香味。采用微胶囊技术的芳香整理比吸附、直接上香等方法留香时间长。更多还原

【Abstract】 The preparation of aromatic agent in which the micro-capsule technique has been adopted for wrapping up the essence is introduced with the following procedure : take melamine resin as cover materials, put in a proper quantity of self-made emulsifier, stir at high speed at 70℃ and drop essence simultaneously to form stabilized emulsion, adjust pH for reaction velocity control and finish the preparation with a polymerization time of about 6 hours. The smell resulted from aromatic finish by means of traditional padding and coated printing methods can last 6 months to one year in case of without washing and it can still be retained even after 5 times washing. The smell provided by this technique can be held a longer time comparing to adsorption and direct putting on methods.更多还原
