铁铝型高水速凝全尾砂充填材料的试验研究

【摘要】 铁铝型高水速凝全尾砂充填材料是一种以铁铝型高水速凝材料为胶凝材料的新型充填材料.介绍了铁铝型高水速凝材料的组成及特点,分析了全尾砂的物理化学性质,重点对铁铝型高水速凝全尾砂充填材料的配比及其物理化学性质进行了试验研究.结果表明,该材料是一种成本低,适于单管输送的优良充填材料,具有在矿山广泛推广应用的价值

【Abstract】 The filling material based on high water quick setting ferroaluminate cement(HWQSFC) and tailings was a sort of new filling material used in mines. After the introduction of compostions and characters of HWQSFC, tests of compostions, physics and chemistry of the new filling material were studied emphatically in the paper. The outlet showed that the material has characterstics of low cost and suitablity for transportation with one pipe filling systems, and is worth being used widely in mines.
