双金属复合轧制的流函数理论模型
THEORETICAL MODEL FOR BIMETAL CLAD SHEETROLLING BY STREAM FUNCTION METHOD
【摘要】 在台湾学者HwangYM的双金属非对称复合轧制流函数模型的基础上,进一步考虑了复合时轧辊压扁的影响,引入了系数Ca,推导出了双金属非对称复合轧制的流函数模型,据此模型得到了塑性变形区内的速度场、应变速度场、应力场、轧制力、轧制功率等的计算公式.从理论上说,该模型随着逼近空间维数M×N的增大,所设定的速度场可以无限接近真实速度场,从而得到较精确的理论解.
【Abstract】 おased on Taiwan scholar YeongMaw Hwang′s bimetal asymmetrical clad sheet rolling model,this paper considers the affection of the deformation of rolls,inductes the coefficient Ca,and then proposes a theoretical model for bimetal asymmetrical clad sheet rolling by using stream function method.According to this model,we can gain the equations of velocity field,strainratio field,stress field,rolling force,rolling work,thickness ratio,curvatureratio of the product and frictional and normal force on the bonding interface of the plastic deformation region.Theoretically with the increment of the dimension M×N of approaching space,the hypothetical velocity field can unlimitedly approach the true velocity fleld,and so relatively precise theoretical solution can be obtained.
