【摘要】 为进一步明确糖尿病患者骨矿含量减低的机理及关联因素，我们应用单光子吸收法对86例女性非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者和88例正常对照者进行了桡骨骨矿含量测定．结果显示：患者组的骨矿含量显著低于正常对照组，50岁以上者尤为显著。结论；糖尿病患者骨矿含量减少主要是由于胰岛素相对或绝对不足决定的，还与年龄、性别、病程、日照等因素有关．更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the mechanism and correlative factors of the decrease of bone mineral contentin diabetic patients. Method By single photon absorptive method, 86 female patients with non - insulin dependence diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) and 88normal controls were determined on radius bonemineral content. Results The results showed thatthe bone mineral content of the patient group wasmarkedly lower than that of the control group,which appeared extremely significant in those whowere over fifty. Conclasion it suggests the decreaseof bone mineral content is majorly determined by thecomparative or absolute deficiency of insulin, and isalso related to age, sex, course of illness and sunshine.更多还原
