【摘要】 为探讨卵巢癌肠转移患者的手术治疗方法及价值，回顾调查分析了46例患者临床资料。33例行肠壁肿瘤局部切除，13例行部分肠管切除，5例合并乙状结肠造瘘．术后2周内均采用腹腔、静脉双路联合化疗，术后随访18～66个月，生存25例（54．3％），平均生存期29．5个月．建议视原发及转移病灶情况，积极实施手术治疗．更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the operative treatment method and it. value for 46 cases of oophorma intestinal metastasis. metked Retrospective survey study. Results The results showed that 33 cases accepted the local resection of pneumatosis tumor, 13 cases accepted the resection of partial intestinal canal, and the five cases of them combined the sigmoidostomy. All the cases were given combined chemotherapy of abdomino cavity and vein in the two weeks after the operation. After 18 to 66months of follow-up, it was found that 25 cases were survival (54. 3% ), the average survival time was 29. 5 months. Conclusion It suggests to implement ooperative treatment according to primary and metastatic focal symptoms.更多还原
