【摘要】 目的：探讨糖尿病肾病及Ⅱ型患者与血小板膜GMP—140（GMP—140）水平的关系．方法；用放射免疫法检测54例糖尿病肾病患者，62例Ⅱ型患者及46名健康者GMP—140水平及血小板直接计数．结果：糖尿病肾病及Ⅱ型患者GMP—140水平显著高于健康者（P＜0．001），糖尿病肾病患者亦显著高于Ⅱ型患者（P＜0．001），糖尿病肾病患者血小板数目明显低于健康者及Ⅱ型患者（P＜0．01和P＜0．005）。结论：表明糖尿病肾病的发生、发展与GMP—140水平升高密切相关．更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the relation of the level of GMP-140 in platelet membrane among diabetic renal disease, NIDDM and the healthy people.Method The level of GMP -140 and the directplatelet count were detected in 54 cases of diabeticrenal disease, 62 cases of NIDDM and 46 cases of thehealthy controls by radioimmunoassay (RIA). Resalts The level of GMP-140 in both diabetic renaldisease and NIDDM were remarkably higher thanthat in the healthy People(P<0.001), the level OfGMP-140 in diabetic renal disease was remarkablyhigher than that in NIDDM (P<0.001), and thenumber of platelet in diabetic renal disease was remarkably lolwer than that in NIDDM and in thehealthy people (P<0.05 and P<0.01).
