【摘要】 为了探索带状疱疹后遗神经痛（PHN）有效的治疗方法，随机选择PHN58例，分为两组，采用曲马多、多虑平联用治疗PHN31例，对照组卡马西平治疗27例．结果曲马多、多虑平组平均治愈时间18．326±1．824天，卡马西平组平均治愈时间26．836±2．025天，两组有显著差异（t=2．367，P＜0．05）．提示曲马多、多虑平联用治疗PHN的疗效优于卡马西平．更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of this study was to observe the therapeutic effect of post - herpetic neuralgia (PHN). Method 58 patients with PHN were randomly divided into two groups: 31 cases received the combined treatment of tramal and doxepine, 27 of the controls were treated by carbazepine. Results The results showed that there was statistically significant difference in the average recovered time between the two groups (t = 2.367 P <0. 05). Conclusion it suggests the curative effect of the combined treatment of tramal and doxepine is better than that of carbazepine.更多还原
