【摘要】 目的探讨关节游离移植对移植骨生长的影响。方法日本幼龄白兔114只，对右前肢第3掌趾关节游离移植。分A、B、C、D、ES组，移植后不同时间对基节骨长度进行测量及组织学观察，以生长障碍比作为评价标准。结果各组移植骨生长均有延迟现象，A组与B、C、D组间、C组与D组间相差均有显著性（P＜0．of），前4组与E组比较，相差也均有显著性（P＜0．01）。结论小年龄移植、关节囊部分切除及术后早期活动有利于骨组织生长。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object To study the influence on the grafted osteogenesis after total joint free grafting. Method 114young Japanese rabbits received free grafting on the third metacarpophalangeal joints on the right anterior limbs. Therabbits were divided into 5 groups:Group A,B,C,D and E. After transplantation the length of coxa bone was mea sured and histological observation carried out in different periods,taking growth disturbance rate as criterion for assessment.
