【摘要】 目的：观察股动脉内局部给药对实验性股骨头坏死的疗效，为临床介入插管治疗方法的推广和应用，提供实验依据。方法：通过股动脉内局部给药治疗家兔实验性激素性股骨头坏死，系统观察股骨头的病理学改变，介绍实验用药及其给药方法。结果：治疗组动物股骨头损伤程度较轻，空缺骨陷窝数少，可见新生骨小梁形成，骨血管内未见脂肪栓子。结论：本方法对实验性股骨头坏死具有较好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of the drugs administered in local artery on experimental femoral head necrosis(FHN). Method: Experimental FHN was treated with the drugs given through femoral artery and then the pathologic changes were observed. The drugs and their administrations were also introduced.Result:In treated group,the injury was less severe and the number of vacant ostoecytic lacuna was smaller. There were some new bone trabeculae and no fatty emboli in the bone blood vessels. Conclusion: This method is more effective for experimental FHN.更多还原
