【摘要】 目的：检测4HPR对Hela细胞生长的影响。方法：采用SRB实验法。结果：1μg/ml、2μg/ml、4μg/ml、8μg/ml、16μg/ml、的4HPR作用24h、48h、72h后Hela细胞其OD值分别为1．78、1．77、1．72；1．68、1．60、1．59；1．55、1．40、1．33；1．32、1．16、1．03；0．75、0．69、0．54。对照组为1．70、1．71、1．77。结论：4HPR对Hela细胞的生长有抑制作用，其抑制作用程度与4HPR的浓度呈正相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To detect the effects of 4HPR on the growth of Hela cells. Methods: SRB method. Result: 24, 28 and 72 hours after the treatment with 1 g/ml, 2g/ml. 4 g/ml, 16 g/ml, OD values of Hela Cells were 1.78, 1.77, 1.72,1.68, 1.60, 1.59,1.55, 1.4o, 1.33, 1.32, 1.16, 1.03, 0.75, 0.69, 0.54 respectively. Control, 1.70, 1.71, and 1.77. Conclusion: 4HPR can inhibit the growth of Hela cells. The inhibition degree is proportional to the concentration of 4HPR.更多还原
