【摘要】 目的：研究人胞苷转移酶（CitidyltransferaseCT）cDNA在鼠巨噬细胞中的表达。方法：按照T．Mainiatis等人[1]的方法从转染的巨噬细胞中提取总RNA，电泳分离RNA，转移BNA至尼龙膜并固定，制备32p标记的胞苷转移酶DNA探针，杂文及放射性自显影。结果：对照组无表达，同类转染的细胞均有不同程度的表达。结论：制备探针前应用电泳法确定CTcDNA片段的浓度比紫外光吸收法更准确适用。Quickspin柱（SephedexG-25）用于回收标记的探针，有利于提高探针的纯度，增加杂交的灵敏度。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective:To study the expreasion of humen CT cDNA in the mouse macrophages.
