小麦淀粉废水SCP发酵菌种的筛选及其发酵条件初探
An Observation of Screening Strainsand Culturing Conditions for SCP Fermentation with the Waste Water of Wheat Starch Industry
【摘要】 本文选用白地霉,热带假丝酵母,黑曲霉,糖化酵母和酿酒酵母5个菌株,进行小麦淀粉废水培养单细胞蛋白的发酵条件和菌种筛选试验,试验结果表明,不论在原淀粉废水,还是在糖化的淀粉废水中培养,白地霉均为利用此种淀粉废水培养单细胞蛋白的最好菌株,它的生物量得率和COD去除率均为最高,并初步得到了白地霉的最佳培养条件:pH5.5~6.0,接种量10~12%,培养时间28~32h。
【Abstract】 Trials of SCP fermentation conditions and strains screening were conducted with five strains:Geotrichun candidum, Candida tropicali,Aspergillus niger, Saccharomyces diastaticus and Saccharomyces cerevisiae by using the waste water of wheat starch industry (WWWSI).The results showed that Geotrichum candidum was the best strain for SCP fermentation with WWWSI.Either with WWWSI or with saccharificated WWWSI,its biomass and COD reducing rate were the highest.Meanwhile the suitable fermentation conditions for Geotrichum candidum were obtained:pH 5.5~6.0,inoculating quantity 10~12%,culturing time 28~32h.
