【摘要】 本文选用白地霉，热带假丝酵母，黑曲霉，糖化酵母和酿酒酵母５个菌株，进行小麦淀粉废水培养单细胞蛋白的发酵条件和菌种筛选试验，试验结果表明，不论在原淀粉废水，还是在糖化的淀粉废水中培养，白地霉均为利用此种淀粉废水培养单细胞蛋白的最好菌株，它的生物量得率和ＣＯＤ去除率均为最高，并初步得到了白地霉的最佳培养条件：ｐＨ５．５～６．０，接种量１０～１２％，培养时间２８～３２ｈ。更多还原

【Abstract】 Trials of SCP fermentation conditions and strains screening were conducted with five strains:Geotrichun candidum, Candida tropicali,Aspergillus niger, Saccharomyces diastaticus and Saccharomyces cerevisiae by using the waste water of wheat starch industry (WWWSI).The results showed that Geotrichum candidum was the best strain for SCP fermentation with WWWSI.Either with WWWSI or with saccharificated WWWSI,its biomass and COD reducing rate were the highest.Meanwhile the suitable fermentation conditions for Geotrichum candidum were obtained:pH 5.5～6.0,inoculating quantity 10～12%,culturing time 28～32h.更多还原
