【摘要】 为了了解脑卒中存活患者的心功能状态，应用脉冲多谱勒超声心动图和心阻抗微分图对28例脑卒中存活患者和143例相同年龄组其他疾病及健康人群的心功能多项指标进行了检测和对比。发现脑卒中存活患者心血管功能普遍处于明显减退状态。与相同年龄的健康组及高血压组比较差异极显著．P＜0．01～0．001；与冠心病组相仿．这一现象提示医务工作者在对脑卒中存活患者施以康复医疗和康复训练时应注意对患者进行全面的整体康复工作，其中包括心血管功能的康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the cardiac functional status of survivals following cerebrovascular accident, multi-indexes of cardiac function in 28 survivals with stroke were detected with pulse ultrasonic Doppler and impedance differential cardiogram, and compared with those of 143 cases of other diseases and healthy subjects with the same age . The results showed that the cardiac function in survivals following cerebrovascular accident was significantly declined generally, which was significantly lower than that of hypertension patients and normal subjects with the same age (P＜0.01~0.001), similar to that of coronary heart disease patients. lt is suggested that cardiac functional rehabilitation was required in the general rehabilitation treatment and training of survivals following cerebrovascular accident.更多还原
