【摘要】 我们用榄香烯乳和极小剂量阿糖胞苷联合治疗MDS，1例RAEB基本缓解（11．1％），3例明显进步（33．33％），无效2例（22．22％），总有效率77．77％。71．42％的病人在一疗程后退热14．29％的病人在二疗程后退热。所有出血病人在二疗程后止血，76．6％病人的淋巴结肿大消失，60％的病人脾大恢复正常，结论：用榄香烯乳和极小量阿糖胞苷联合治疗MDS有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 The combined chemotherapy with Elemene emulsion and very small dosage Ara-Ctreated myelodysplastic syndrom, 1 RAEB (11.1 %) was essential remission, 3 cases wasobvious progress, 3 cass was progress, 2 casses was no effective, All effclive rate was77.77%. 77.42% cases was nomal temperature after one course of treatment, 14.29%case was nomal two course of treatment. The haemarrhage of all cases was stopped after2 course of treatment. 76.67% case with the enlargement of lymph node disapersed.The enlargement spleen of 60% cases was nomal. Conclusion: The combinedchemotherapy with Elemene emulsion and Ara-C might offer an efficien method for thetreatment of MDS.更多还原
