【摘要】 本文对原发性肝癌354例、转移性肝癌123例、肝血管瘤38例、肝囊肿32例、肝硬化52例、慢性乙肝202例、正常人对照106例，共计907例进行了血清a—L一岩藻糖甙酶（AFU）的测定，其敏感性、特异性、阳性预报率与阴性预报率准确度分别89．8％、93．1％、89．3％、93．5％、91．8％。AFU活性与甲胎蛋白（AFP）浓度间均无明显相关性。AFU与AFP联合检测对原发性肝癌的诊断阳性率达94．6％更多还原

【Abstract】 At this study,we detect the content of a-L-fucosidase (AFU) of serum,conclude354 cases of primary liver cancer. 123 cases of metastatic liver cancer. 38 cases of liverhemangioma. 32 cases of liver cystis. 52 cases of liver cirrhosis. 202 cases of chronic hepatitis B and 106 cases of normal control, there are 907 cases altogether,the sensitivity.specificity. positive forecast rate and negative forecast rate is 89.8%. 93.1 %. 89.3%.93.5 %. 91.8 % respectively,there has no relativity between the activity of AFU and theconcentration of a - feta - protein (AFP). the diagnosis rate have been up to 94.6%when we detect both the AFU and AFP.更多还原
