【摘要】 为探索肾癌预后较好的估价指标，41例肾癌根治标本Ki—67免疫组化染色。复发组的Ki—67染色指数显著高于未复发组（P<O．001）。多因素分析对肾癌预后有关的因素依次为Ki—67染色指数（P=0．005，相对重要性：100），肿瘤大小（P=0．007，相对重要性：44．7），分期（P=0．018，相对重要性：36．98）和年龄（P=0．023）。Ki—67染色指数估价复发的准确率为90．2％。研究结果表明Ki—67对肾癌预后的估价远优于常规的临床和病理指标，并能很好地预测肾癌的复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ki-67 immunostaining was performed on 41 renal cell carcinoma (RCC) sections todetermine its prognostic significance. Ki-67 labeling index of those who developed tumor recurrence was significantly higher than that of recurrence-free cases (P<0.001).In the multivariate analysis, Ki-67 labeling index (P=0.005, relative importance:100)was the most important factor affecting recurrence comparing with size(P=0.007,relative importance: 44.74), stage (P=0.018, relative importance: 36.98) and age (P=0.023). The correct rate of Ki-67 index in predicting the recurrence reaches to 90.2%.The results show that the Ki-67 labeling index is a very good,independent,prognosticmarker for RCC.更多还原
