【Abstract】 A quick PR-HPLC method for the determination of mevastatin and pravastatin in fermentation broth has been developed. The analytical column was NovaPak C18, the mobile phase was methnol-water-acetic acid-triethyl amine. Isocratic mode was employed. The detection wavelength was 236nm. The detection limits for these substances were less than 0.01 mg/ml. The average recoveries and RSD were 98.48%-101.90%, 0.89%-2.9% respectively. Precision and linearity of the method are satisfactory for fermentation broth analysis.更多还原
