【摘要】 目的：评价茶色素治疗老年血脂代谢紊乱的疗效。方法：采用自身对照法观察茶色素对老年血脂代谢紊乱的实验指标效益。结果：98例病人服茶色素1个月后，对血脂代谢异常的改善幅度：TC下降20．8％，TG下降41．7％，HDL－C上升52．5％，经t检验均有显著性差异（P＜0．01），对血液流变学指标亦有改善。结论：显示茶色素实为一种较理想的调节血脂药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 To evaluate the curative effect of Tea-pigment to treat blood-fat metabolism disorder for old people. Methods: TC, TG and HDL-C of 98 patients with blood-fat metabolism disorder were observed one month before and after the treatment with Tea-pigment.
