【摘要】 评价血清磷酸肌酸激酶同功酶M2（CK－M2）、刀豆蛋白A结合寡糖蛋白（COP）对胃癌的诊断价值。方法：血清CK－M2测定采用琼脂糖电泳和吩嗪二甲酯硫酸盐显色法；COP测定先用高氯酸、盐酸胍沉淀，最后按酶免疫竞争抑制法作检测。检测血样69例，其中胃癌患者血清28例，献血员41例。凡CK－M2出现明显区带，COP小于正常人OD平均值减去2SD者判为阳性。结果：41例献血员CK－M2均阴性，胃癌患者血清阳性率为50％（14／28），CK－M2对胃癌诊断特异性为100％，敏感性为50％；献血员血清COP阳性率为9．8％（4／41），胃癌患者为53．6％（15／28），COP对胃癌诊断的特异性90．2％，敏感性53．6％。若二者联合诊断，则诊断特异性为90．2％，敏感性为67．9％，与单项诊断比较P＞0．05，提示联合诊断与单项诊断无显著性差异。结论：CK－M2、COP可作为胃癌诊断的指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of creatine kinase macro isoenzyme type 2 (CK-M2).ConA-binding oligosaccharide protein (COP) in serum of patients with gastric carcinoma(GC). Methods: CKM2 was detected by agar gel electrophoresis with PMS and INT. COP was determined with enzyme immunoassay in presence of ConA. Results: Positive band of CK-M2 was found in 14 cases of GC (14/28), but none incontrol (0/41 ), so that the diagnostic specificity for GC was 100% and sensitivity 50%. Concentration of COPwas increased in 15 cases of GC (15/28), but 4 cases in control (4/41 ), with a diagnostic specificity of 90. 2%and sensitivity of 53. 6 %. Conclusion: CK-M2、COP might be useful marks for diagnosis of GC.更多还原
